The Warehouse (as its name implies) is an ordinary abandoned warehouse in a city somewhere in Earthrealm that was used by the crime syndicate, the Black Dragon clan, as a hideout. The Warehouse is featured as the first level of Mortal Kombat: Special Forces.

The Black Dragon crime syndicate had been using this warehouse for a long time as a base of their operations for many uses and their own purposes such as harboring drug cartels, shipping weapons supply, starting street fights and recruiting new members.

After the break-in at the Special Forces maximun security prison caused by Kano, a SWAT team led by Lieutenant Sanchez aiding the Special Forces was sent to track down the whereabouts and arrest Kano and the criminals he set free. They tracked them to a warehouse, but once they got there, it was a trap. They were all attacked and killed by the Black Dragon. Major Jackson Briggs arrived on the scene later after he received a telecom message from one of his fellow Special Forces agents leading the SWAT team before it was interrupted and ended abruptly. Jax swore that Kano and his thugs would pay for the carnage that befell the SWAT team and the agent.

Jax entered the Warehouse and investigated the secrets and activities behind every corridor and within these walls. There, he battled the members of the Black Dragon clan that were in charge of the Warehouse.
On his way out of the Black Dragon-operated Warehouse, Jax encountered No Face, one of the escaped criminals recruited by Kano. Jax defeated him and went into the sewers underneath the Warehouse to continue his hunt for Kano.
