The Tarkatan War Kamp is an arena that made its debut in Mortal Kombat 11.
Overview
Plucked from the past by Kronika before Kotal Kahn exterminated the Tarkata tribe for siding with the deposed mad empress Mileena, the War Kamp contains the entire tribe of Tarkatans and possesses many tents and yurts that serve as their living places, along with various meat wagons of skinned humanoids, possibly Outworlders or unfortunate Earthrealmers. Large fires with the skinned corpses hung out to cook and dry are common in the kamp, along with roaming Tarkatans going about their business, or waiting for the cooking meat to finish. It is here the time displaced Shao Kahn planned to take back his throne with his top enforcers Baraka and Skarlet.
Interactions
The War Kamp features three arena interactions. In order they are:
- A burning skull that occasionally falls from the fire in the background that can be thrown at the opponent.
- A Tarkatan wandering on the right hand side, sometimes walking, sometimes eating a drumstick, that can be thrown at the opponent.
- A Spear on the left side that can be used to strike the opponent, then impale them through the skull.
Trivia
- Skarlet shares this battle arena with Baraka.
- Like the Outworld Marketplace in the previous title Mortal Kombat X, this stage features a living being as a stage interactible, in this case a Tarkatan observing the battle.
