Storyline
The demon known as Sareena was once a servant of the sorcerer Quan Chi, though she eventually betrayed him to pursue her own path, one that has lead her to ally herself with the Special Forces organization to help defeat The brotherhood of shadow.

Sareena is seen assisting Jax, Kenshi, and the other Special Forces in their mission to infiltrate Quan Chi's fortress and capture him in the Netherrealm. She advises them that Quan Chi is not at his fullest power without Shinnok.
