Robin Atkin Downes (born 6 September 1976) is an English actor and voice actor, who is primarily known for his work in animation, live-action and video games. Downes has appeared in the films How to Train Your Dragon, Steamboy and Superman vs. The Elite, the TV shows Angel, Babylon 5, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Regular Show, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and ThunderCats and the video games Gears of War, Metal Gear, No More Heroes, Ratchet & Clank, Saints Row: The Third, Team Fortress 2 (as the Medic), The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, The Last of Us, Tomb Raider, Uncharted, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within and X-Men Legends.
Downes provided the voices for Kano and Shinnok in the animated film Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion's Revenge. He later reprise his role as Shinnok and Reiko in Mortal Kombat Legends: Battle of the Realms.
