A Pulse Blade is a newer version of the Sabre of Light, Cyrax's high-tech cyborg weapon from Mortal Kombat Gold, and just like that it resemble a lightsaber from the Star Wars franchise.
Cyrax uses a blue Pulse Blade in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance and a green one in Armageddon.
Sektor also uses a Pulse Blade in Mortal Kombat: Tournament Edition, as he is a palette swap of Cyrax in that game, and wields two red Pulse Blades in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon.
