Paul St. Peter.
Paul St. Peter (born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA) is an American voice actor, who has lent his voice in numerous Japanese anime and video games. His alternate name is George C. Cole.
He's best known for voicing Xemnas in the Kingdom Hearts series.
In the Mortal Kombat series, he provides the voice of Nightwolf, Hotaru and Havik in Mortal Kombat: Deception. In Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, he provides the voices of Taven and Caro. St. Peter also acted as the narrator for the character endings in Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe.
