Hello! We’ve been analyzing what makes people spend more time on wikis and we’ve identified something. It’s comments! Having comments enabled on a wiki gives it a boost to the time people spend on the pages and engage with the wiki.
We would like to enable comments on your wiki to help it grow as part of an experiment.
This will not happen if you don’t agree with trying this out! It’s entirely up to you!
We believe that this experiment will help your wiki and if you have any problems along the way we can always roll back and disable comments.
So, what do you think? Are you interested in trying this with us? We’d love to work with you to help grow your community!
thanks for banning that Moigus fool. Good work. Just a quick thought though. Perhaps it would be a good idea to check the 'contributions' of guys like this afterwards? I cleaned up some character pages that had the porn as the bio pictures. Just a fluke I came across them. Probably best not to leave it to chance.
I've contacted Staff regarding this the past week and they're assisting the best they can. They've disabled media uploading for a set amount of time which I'll not have public. I've promoted two other users for temporary measures as myself and Ridley are the only real active admins and both of us are busy IRL, I'm closely monitoring any new accounts in case it's the same user.
Name is Rel, as a Content Team Member, Fandom sent me here to help flush out content for the Wiki. We noticed you didn't have developer, publisher and platforms aren't in paragraphs. There is also a lot of plot info missing from the game page and subsequent character pages (ie johnny cage).
Hey, I did an edit on the MK11 article, other than that, the Wiki is up to date. We didn't see that most of the plot was on another page/article so no need for anyother changes. Since I didn't get Global Admin yet, possible to get a favor to edit something?
We'd like for you to edit the Navbar since I can't do it, if possible that you can. Anything MKX related should be replaced with Mortal Kombat 11 links.
The Wiki is getting a lot of traffic so we'd like to keep the fans up to date and find the articles they need to find.
Wanted to notify you about my error on the "Nightstick" page I made a edit to change the wording under one of the pictures but it messed up the image and the wording did not change. Sorry about that but I wanted to let you know about it. Thank you.
Yes, and I willingly stepped down as bureaucrat from that wiki, and as admin too. I can't get those titles back. As far as I'm concerned, this is over. You, meanwhile, are still harassing me over something that's already been settled. Doesn't that make you the pathetic one?
Also, I should point out this guy left threatening messages on other wikias saying he and his minions would troll the JP wiki again if I ever came back, so there's that.
ActedPlayer, please, go away and leave me alone.
EDIT: Also, I voted in the poll to see the results, since you can't see the results unless you vote, can you? Use some common sense.
That is the very definition of trolling. Heck, I'm now beginning to think you're a sockpuppet of someone I banned previously
Also, you're wrong and you full well know you're wrong. I've had support over the years on the JP wiki...and look at some of my contributions on other wikis, not just the JP one. I've had my flaws, yes, I admit, but I've still contributed well and been recognised for it. And what have you done? Create continual threatening posts and done nothing but instigate drama across other sites with countless threats. That is literally all you've done in the last few days. I have at least contributed elsewhere.
Basically, you are a spam/troll-account purely here to cause trouble, and I wouldn't be surprised if you were a sockpuppet, personally. I have moved on. You do the same. Drop it right now before you end up getting banned across the entire wiki, because if this keeps up, I wouldn't be surprised if you were regardless of what happens to me. You cannot threaten to intoxicate wikias like this. Call me "toxic" as much as you want, but that's a case of pot-calling-the-kettle-black. At least I was willing to admit to my errors and step down.
