Mekko is a minor character that made his first and only appearance to date in Mortal Kombat: Deception's Konquest Mode.
He is a bully and he took three young boys' lunch money in the village where Shujinko lived. The kids then asked Shujinko to beat him up and get their money back. Shujinko later found Mekko in the park, knocked him unconscious and took back the kids' money.
