Cody Finnigan is a minor character that made his only appearance in the Mortal Kombat U.S. Special Forces comic book.
Cody is a very muscular member of the Special Forces that seems to care a lot about is his hat, since after a huge explosion on a boat sent him flying straight into the ocean he stated that "at least I didn't lose my hat."
