Shao Kahn

For me the most violent is Shao Kahn while the most peaceful is a hard one but I’d say it’s Liu Kang what do yall think?

Imagine the current general of Outworlds’ army met the Leader of The Saviors from The Walking Dead universe,

10. Quan Chi (Sorcerer)

Most powerful sorcerer and necromancer in the entire Netherrealm which explains the fact that he resurrected and had under his control people like Nightwolf and Sindel he also gained Shinnok respect and is his right-hand man he also gained Shao Kahn's trust as he not only healed his wounds but also brought Sindel back to life and he's enough powerful to be rival of Shang Tsung although sometimes they join forces (Deadly Alliance). In MKX he was able to fight Raiden and Fujin however actual story don't show Quan Chi from the best perspective because he often loses while being such a powerful threat nevertheless for me he is still at the level of Shang Tsung.

9. Geras (Artificial Construct, Servant of the Keeper of Time)

3rd strongest and in command in Kronika forces is a creation of Kronika so he also has her powers like can use sand of time and is basically immortal and grows stronger and wiser with each of his deaths he can even stop time. Geras can also boast that he fought Liu Kang and Kung Lao at once and fools them and didn't even bother killing them and also fought Nightwolf, Shang Tsung and Fujin at once (each of them is on my list) although he lost he forced them to go all out.

8. Sindel (The former Queen of Edenia)

There must be something about the woman that even Shao Kahn wanted as his wife and well it is. Sindel was powerful enough to kill Kabal, Stryker, Cyber Sub-Zero, Jax, Smoke, Jade, Kitana and almost killing Sonya and Johnny alone then she took on Nightwolf, whom she towered over and who had to sacrifice himself to defeat her. When she was revived helped Fujin, Shang Tsung and Nightwolf and was most important force in the fight against Cetrion later she beats Sheeva easily and along with Shao Kahn she easily take Cassie and Johnny as well as Jade, Kotal Kahn, Kung Lao, Liu Kang and Kitana. Sindel was also one of three characters that were capable of beating Geras alone.

7. Raiden (Thunder God, Protector of Earthrealm)

Older one of God brothers Raiden who always has to save the situation when everything is falling apart. Thunder God was able to defeat all those brought back to life by Quan Chi which includes Nightwolf and Sindel two timees, he also easily kills Motaro, beat Scorpion and he accidentally killed Liu Kang he also fought Shao Kahn but he probably would not have won if not for the intervention of the Elder Gods. In MKX he fought along Fujin with Quan Chi and Shinnok and in the past we see him also beating Baraka and D'Vorah while the latter praised his power. In MK11 he together with Shang Tsung and Fujin fought and stopped Kronika although Fujin has Kronika's crown, he also beats Jax, Frost, Revenant Liu Kang and he was one of three person that actually beat Geras alone.

6. Shao Kahn (Conquerer of Worlds, Emperor Shao Kahn)

Main antagonist of MK9. There he is the boss the man the Elder Gods feared. Not only is he probably strongest fighter physically in the entire series being above likes of Goro and Kintaro but he also has incredible magical abilities and examples of this include him teaching Shang Tsung soul magic and basically creating Skarlet or Ermac. Shao Kahn was powerful enough to take down Sonya and Johnny with one gesture or break Kung Lao neck easily, he also overpowered Raiden who is a God and his rival in the series and well just stole Shang Tsung soul to complete revive his wife Sindel. in MK11 Shao Kahn beats Kotal Kahn 3 times and in the last one he completely decapitated him along with Sindel he easily take Cassie and Johnny as well as Jade, Kotal Kahn, Kung Lao, Liu Kang and Kitana. Shao Kahn was also one of three characters that were capable of beating Geras alone.

5. Cetrion (Elder Goddess of Life, Virtue and Light)

2nd strongest and in command in Kronika forces as well as her daughter and Shinnok sister and counterpart. As Elder God she's powerful enough to for example become as big as planet also controls the elements of earth, water, fire, air and light as well as metal, ice, magma and energy she also has telekinesis so this makes her probably the most variety character in the game in terms of abilities and considering that by his very status she suprasses someone like Raiden Cetrion is easily one of strongest characters in the game. Only with Kronika Crown characters can even stand a chance with her. It took Sindel, Shang Tsung, Nightwolf and Fujin to join forces to finally defeat her (all of these characters are on my list) in my opinion he is the strongest playable character in all three games.

4. Shinnok (Fallen Elder God of Death)

Main antagonist of MKX. Shinnok like Cetrion he was an Elder God and still has the power of an Elder God. His main power is darkness i think in contrast to Cetrion and similar to Quan Chi and Shang Tsung life force manipulation, shapeshifting and necromancy in some way. He practically defeated Fujin and Raiden the latter also lost again with him much later he also beats Bo' RaI Cho easily but hard to judge this character. I would say Shinnok is weaker than Cetrion or at least base Shinnok as he is a fallen Elder God and was defeated by the Cage family but with his amulet he may actually be stronger since he was able to easily knock down Johnny, Sonya, Scorpion and Kenshi. The Amulet itself was powerful enough to overpower Kotal Kahn power. In addition to his amulet, Shinnok also strengthened himself in the Jinsei chamber and fused with his amulet, which most likely suprassed Cetrion and his power also had an effect on the entire planet.

3. Kronika (Titaness, Former Keeper of Time)

Main antagonist of MK11. As Titan he was above their their children Shinnok and Cetrion. She can manipulate time and space on a scale never seen before like rewriting the entire structure of time so she's is far above Geras when it comes to manipulate time. She like Geras can also manipulate sand of time but of course on a larger scale like she can make glass out of it sharp enough to harm everyone and can manipulate light blue very powerful energy. She is even more empowered by her own Crown and later even absorbed the power of Cetrion. Kronika was strong enough to require the combined forces of Shang Tsung, Raiden and Fujin with Kronika Crown to harm and withdraw her and that was Kronika without her Crown and Cetrion power. Only characters that could defeat Kronika were Shang Tsung with Kronika crown and Fire God Liu Kang.

2.Shang Tsung (Host for the Traditional Mortal Kombat Tournament)

Shao Kahn former right hand taught by him his soul-stealing magic and roughly equal to Quan Chi, Shang Tsung is definitely one of the strongest characters in the series also as Shao Kahn right hand he was probably the second strongest in his forces after Shao Kahn himself but Shang Tsung, despite being weaker, was always more scheming. Along with Fujin and Nightwolf beats Geras. Shang Tsung could also easily kill Jax if Fujin wasn't help him, together with Raiden and Fujin fought and stopped Kronika although Fujin has Kronika's crown. After wears Kronika crown unlike Fujin Shang Tsung entire power and appearance was changed and he has full control of it being enough powerful to easily beat Nightwolf, Raiden and Fujin and then he also absorb both Gods power as well as he beats and stols Shao Kahn and Sindel power with all of that he becomes on par with Kronika which he finally defeated and also absorbed with all this strength he surpasses Kronika even if she had her Crown.

1. Liu Kang (Shaolin Monk, Undisputed Champion of the Mortal Kombat)

Finally it's time for main protagonist (i think) Liu Kang even without his new form accomplished many seemingly impossible feats such as defeating Shao Kahn or Shang Tsung. Reincarnated by Quan Chi after he fought Raiden Liu Kang became a revenant however another new Liu Kang was just as strong as the previous one he was also capable of fighting Shao Kahn and along with Kung Lao they beat Scorpion, Jade, Their revenant selfs and put some fight with Geras altrough they lose. Liu Kang is something special as we see how special Raiden and Kronika treat him. After being kidnapped by Kronika he was saved by Raiden who fused his power, Revenant Liu Kang and new Liu Kang into most powerful character in Mortal Kombat Fire God Liu Kang and he defeated Cetrion, Kronika and Shang Tsung with Kronika's Crown, basically the strongest characters, After all this he became the Keeper of Time so he also gained control over time and makes new era.
