What changes can be made for the riot cop? Not only in gameplay, but backstory as well.
If he ever returns, give him a pet attack dog at his side. In near-death, Liu Kang saves Stryker's pet, not only healing him, but imbuing him with magical abilities that will allow him to sense someone's blood and chi (whether good/evil) or sense portals in-between the realms. And improve the dog's fighting ability with Stryker.
I can imagine him being a former cop & SWAT soldier who quit due to the corruption in the justice system. Plus he and his wife got divorced. His partner Kabal went from former cop to Black Dragon to vigilante.
What are your thoughts for Stryker in the New Era?
