Here's my idea on how his Fatal Blow & both his Fatalities would be in the game:
💥 Fatal Blow — “Chain of Judgment
Setup: Triggered at low health, Johnny reels back his flaming chain and lashes forward with brutal force.
Sequence:
The chain wraps around the opponent’s torso and yanks them forward violently.
He swings his Hellfire Shotgun point-blank and blasts them into the air.
Leaps up, mounts his Hell Cycle midair, and drives through them.
They crash down, bones cracking as he lands behind them, skull blazing.
Final Shot: Ghost Rider whispers, “Feel the sins…” as the screen pulses with fiery shockwaves.
Fatalities:
☠️ Fatality #1 — “Hellfire Highway”
Setup: Johnny mounts his Hell Cycle while the opponent staggers.
Execution:
He revs it up and speeds toward them, dragging his chain behind.
The chain wraps their neck and pulls them under the wheels.
He rides over them repeatedly, their body shredding across molten terrain.
Then, he turns, yanks the chain, lifting the barely-intact body as flames engulf it.
With a final stare, the Penance Stare triggers—their soul ignites and explodes.
End Pose: Ghost Rider rides off slowly, leaving scorched footprints and echoed screams.
🔥 Fatality #2 — “Judgment Burn”
Setup: Ghost Rider lifts the victim by the collar, his skull inches from theirs.
Execution:
Eyes blaze as the Penance Stare activates.
The opponent convulses, visions of every cruelty they've ever committed flashing violently.
Their skin peels back in flaming layers, bones turn to ash.
The ground cracks—hands of tormented souls rise and drag the remains into the abyss.
End Pose: Johnny lowers his head, says “Justice served,” then extinguishes his flames… for now.
If he had a Brutality, I imagine a variation where he wraps his opponent in chains, snaps their spine mid-dialogue, and simply walks away without a word—cold as vengeance itself.
