Vs Cheetah

Baraka: Your skin will make fine leather.

Cheetah: Only if you kill me.

Baraka: I’ll enjoy wearing you.

Baraka: You challenge me for the tribe?

Cheetah: You’re not up to this hunt.

Baraka: You’re no Tarkatan.

Baraka: So Shao Kahn’s replaced me.

Cheetah: As long as it suits me.

Baraka: I shall feast on your flesh.

Vs Cyborg

Baraka: What in the Ten Hells are you?

Cyborg: I’m a Cyborg. Hence the name.

Baraka: Ha! You’ll soon be a scrap heap.

Baraka: You’ll be a good practice dummy.

Cyborg: My armor’s a lot stronger than steel.

Baraka: Ha! A delusional machine!

Baraka: What happened to your eye?

Cyborg: It’s the man that should worry you.

Baraka: I’ll take the other.

Vs Darkseid

Baraka: Tarkata demands respect, Darkseid.

Darkseid: It will bend to Darkseid’s will.

Baraka: We are done fearing you.

Baraka: Your meat smells burned.

Darkseid: From the fiery depth of Apokolips.

Baraka: Eh, that passes for edible.

Baraka: What are you supposed to be?

Darkseid: I am the god of gods!

Baraka: Slaying you will be an honor.

Vs Deadshot

Baraka: How is Shao Kahn not dead?

Deadshot: A job’s a job.

Baraka: I will eat you alive!

Baraka: I’ll flay you for Kotal.

Deadshot: Take your shot. Make it count.

Baraka: As you wish, human.

Baraka: Why so confident?

Deadshot: I never miss.

Baraka: Sounds too good to be true, Lawton.

I'm gonna be doing a series of posts to cover potential kharacters for the second Kombat pack. I'm starting with the guest kharacters first, because I wanna build up my MK knowledge before I touch on in-universe kharacters. Criteria include;

1. Gear

2. Playstyle

3. Arcade ending

All you simply have to do is give your opinion on if they should (or shouldn't) be added.

Our second guest kharacter is no stranger to Kombat; the New God of DC, Darkseid, out to find the Anti-Life Equation to control all of existence.

1. Gear; Since Darkseid doesn't really use weapons (that I'm aware of), customizable gear is really limited. I could see bracers, helmet, and possibly chest insignia or a minion instead of that.

2. Playstyle; If you really wanted to be lazy, you could just copy him from Injustice 2 verbatim, OR, what I propose; make his abilities and such based around using his Omega beams and the fact he's interdimensional... Maybe by an ability that makes him immune to certain attacks (i.e., can't be kicked or grappled for a certain amount of time)

3. Ending; If you know anything about Darkseid, aside from his beating with the ugly stick, you likely know he's after the Anti-Life Equation. And, with the Hourglass, he could search through infinite timelines until he found it. Personally, I'd like it if they left him out to dry and he'd be glued to the Hourglass looking for something that doesn't exist.
