Before introducing another NEW character, they need to further develope the ones they have already.

Probably a new cryomancer will be Hydro or Ice from the comics

@WilderSplash649 I can't even imagine how Hydro becomes the next Sub-Zero....

Besides rather Frost take over and someday Hanzo Hasashi would likely be the one.
