Jax might have cybernetic arms, but he can break wall downs, lift heavy equipment (or people), and if heated, make ice into water.

I never seen him produce ice and water.

He just need to turn ice into water with his fists (if they are heated). Also, it's never been done before.

Oh, ok. Because I know that he can generate missiles out of his arms if they reach an extent where they start to get hot.
