Well, he’s still overconfident and arrogant. That pegs him. He even lost to Raiden who was just an ordinary martial artist. I think Connor’s better, since he’s managed to take down those that have higher skill than him, he’s better than his old man, Oliver, and he’s on the same level as Damian Wayne, who is also one of the renowned martial artists in the entire DC franchise.

True. Still Raiden’s victory was earned at that time and Kung Lao bested him in the beginning of the story.

Arrogance does not always determine who the winner is going to be. Kung Lao is a perfect blend of ego and skill. I still know what Connor is capable of.
