“Chaolan,” and yeah, maybe. His Violet Systems suit allows him to fly via jetpack, give him enhanced strength, durability, stamina, reflexes, and endurance, and his googles I think can scan for life forms, detect his enemies location, and see through objects. Not sure, though, but his goggles do have properties of some kind.

I’ll pick Nya because Anya has like a telepathic link to water, so whenever there is a source of water anywhere, she can manipulate it at will. She can also exude water from herself and manipulate in any way. She can make things with water, fire them like projectiles, or blast a huge volume of water with it. She also has Spinjitzu which is a martial art that has the user spinning a tornado that their elemental power is based off of their elemental power. Like, when Nya utilizes Spinjitzu, she envelops herself into a tornado made of surging water. Spinjitzu can do offensive damage or suck their opponents into it and fling them very far and fast. And she’s a master martial artist, has a high intellect, she’s skilled at fixing things, engineering, technology, strategy, tactics, weapons, and perception. Nya’s a pretty skilled ninja. In Dragons Rising, Nya earned the Rising Dragon Technique. How it works is that you go into Spinjitzu, move in the same motion as the universe, and then you get enveloped into a energy dragon that allows you to fly and cause devastating damage when you land it on someone.
