Well, here’s all of his magic abilities and how he works. He comes from a tribe in Atlantis called Idylist. Which is a race of Atlanteans that have purple eyes.

Tempest can control water currents, create whirlpools, or anything, he can create a force field, and yeah.

Silent Craft also allows him to fly.

Atlantean style magic is somehow different than the great magic in Outworld. I’ll just say that Tempest is better in using magic because he has a lot of knowledge in magic than Rain does. Tempest should be the High Mage of Outworld. I think some info is missing on his list of magic…

The force field will probably be more of a difficulty for Rain.

Yeah. So, yeah. That proves my point. Atlanteans who use water or something are more experienced than guys who biologically have water powers. Aqualad and Tempest are better at water than Rain, since they have like a magical and telepathic limit to water. Also, Tenpest is part of the Idilyst Tribe. A tribe of Atlanteans that study magic, have purple eyes for a trait, and they’re known for being an ancient class of the Atlantean race.

But there is one other thing I want to mention. Rain can manipulate anything that is water like in the air and in anyone’s body. He can manipulate it to gain the advantage over most. Has Tempest or Aqualad done that?

No, but they’re able to control the blood pressure in their bodies whenever they start to gather water for a weapon or something.

Sorry Rain, but you got no chance against a mage like Tempest.
