I don't know if the subject has already been covered... But I really wonder. How could Quan Chi and Havik become Titans?
As a reminder, we are told that the fight between Liu Kang and Shang Tsung from Mortal Kombat 11 generated so much energy that time was torn apart. Ok. So there are two timelines that coexist, one with Liu Kang victorious and the other with Shang Tsung victorious...
But... Then Liu Kang calls on Titan Kung Lao, Titan Raiden and Titan Kitana. This may seem logical, because all three were present in the final battle. Let's assume that time was so destroyed at that moment that each person experienced a different scenario and that everyone present was able to become titan as Liu Kang explains by mentioning Jade, Sindel and Kano who were all three present during the battle.
However, neither Quan Chi nor Havik was present! Quan chi was killed by Scorpion in MK10 and Havik isn't even in the games! So... How did they become Titan? The timeline of Mortal Kombat is very simple (no lol)... From MK1 to MK7 we follow the timeline dictated by Kronika...
Except that Raiden breaks everything by going back in time to the beginning of MK9 and changes absolutely everything, so he kill Liu Kang, Shao Kahn, Shinnok and causing other important deaths like that of Kitana, Shang Tsung (indirectly) and Quan Chi (indirectly). That's what annoys Kronika and that's why she comes. She intervenes precisely at the death of her son. But Quan Chi had died long before while Havik didn't even appear. So why do this? There were a lot of other possibilities like Titan Shao Kahn, Titan Sindel maybe even Titan Noob Saibot! So... It's nonsense, I hope we have a correct explanation in the DLC.
