Scorpion gets stronger in the Netherrealm. So there are ways that a spectre/wraith could take a godlike character.

Wonder Woman has bested godly beings and demons in combat. Scorpion is just another chump in comparison

Scorpion is not just any demon. He has shown to best those who have been touched by the divine like Raiden. And why call him a “chump”?

Raiden’s strengths and powers or the elder gods aren’t that high compared to people in the dc universe especially earth 1. He’s shown to be very weak and inconsistent like when he struggled against Onis in Mortal Kombat X’s intro

Wonder Woman can definitely take divine beings from MK down and her powers are even greater but literally only held back when she wears her bracers.

Scorpion is not as fast or strong against someone like Wonder Woman who held against Gods, Superman, Darkseid among others. So yes he’s a chump as a threat level in comparison

The Wonder Woman version scorpion might have a chance against is probably injustice since most of the characters are weaker than their other variants from different universes, but even then it’s not a clear win for scorpion since she’s still quite tough in that universe

I was referring to the Prime Earth Wonder Woman in Injustice Gods Among Us.

And when you said that beings from MK aren’t as strong enough as those in DC’s Earth-1, I find that a little crazy because both characters from both universes are superhuman or have superhuman feats.

I’m not trying to say you’re wrong. I’m just not convinced that DC will win over MK every single time, no matter who is matched up with who. MK characters can do what normal people could not, can’t they?
