I would say both Kronika & Sindel are bad mums in their own right really - but it has to be Sindel who edges it for me. Here is my main reason for this:

These reasons are mostly from MK11 Aftermath story mode.

1. She herself calls Kitana weak for working with, The Thunder God, Raiden & rather her marry someone better than Liu Kang who is a mere peasant in her view.

2. She sees her own daughter she'd born & raised as a bigger disappointment.

3. She lies & manipulates Kitana by falsely claiming Shao Kahn manipulated and made her his bride.

4. She betrays Queen Sheeva by stealing her Shokan army from her and falsely putting the blame on Kitana.

5. She openly admitted to Kitana, that her first husband, Jerrod was a fool & under his rule, made Edenia weak - in her eyes

6. She saw a much better husband in Shao Kahn, who she's saying is her one true love.

7. She gleefully told Kitana that she murdered her own father & her former husband, Jerrod, showing no remorse whatsoever - even giving her own daughter an evil smile while talking about it.

When did she falsly claim to be manipulated by Shao Kahn?

To my recollection that never occurred in the new timeline. The idea that it had was just a reminant from the old timeline.

In the new timeline it seems its only Kitana's views, we never see Sindel claim that. We just see that Sindel corrects Kitana, saying she was in fact not manipulated at all.

But i dont recall any instance in which sindel actually says she was manipulated in the new timeline. That was an old timeline thing.

Sindel is even a worse parent than Kazuya if you ask me.

And As For Kronika All She Is Trying To Bring Back Shinnok After Raiden Or Dark Raiden I Should Say Killed In Cassie Cage's Chapter In Mk11's Story Modend She Tried To Make The New Era Where Raiden Never existed and Fire God Liu Kang's Chapter Of The Story Mode And Shang Tsung's Chapter Of The DLC Story Mode Cetrion Kills Herself By By Giving Her Power To Kronika To Defeat Fire God Liu Kang In His Chapter In Mk11's Main Story And To Defeat Shang Tsung After He Has On Her Crown In DLC Story Mode

It's kinda hilarious that Sindel thinks Liu Kang is a peasant when in reality he'd beat her rear behind

Well her comment on him being a peasant is more literal. He's an orphan raised by monks. As far as class go, royalty like sindel would look down on him.
