Adema es una banda de Nu Metal/Rock Alternativo de Bakersfield, California. Formada en 1998, Adema comenzó con Mark Chavez, Mike Ransom, Dave DeRoo, Tim Fluckey and Kris Kohls. La banda firmo con Arista Records más tarde, liberando su primer álbum, auto-titulado Adema que fue liberado en el 2001. Los dos primeros sencillos, "The Way You Like It" y "Giving In", ayudaron a vender más de 600,000 copias.
Ademas ha escrito una canción dedicada a Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance llamada Immortal.
